Fees & Dues Structure

Each year, leadership, including those on the Finance & Budget Committee and Board of Directors, work hand in hand with staff to forecast an annual budget and related fee schedule for the Association. This budget is formally presented for membership approval by vote, at our annual business meeting in November. This process ensures a fair and transparent process which is necessary to provide all members with the best value for their membership dollars.

Over the past few years, this association has accomplished their ongoing goal of keeping local dues at the same rates while ensuring the Association remains viable through challenging times. Over the past years of economic pressures, we’ve worked hard trim expenses, re-negotiate contracts, minimize staffing and overhead, and more. We pride ourselves on a conservative yet practical approach, which continues to serve us and therefore our members very well. Annual comparisons of averages from REALTOR® Associations across the country continue to demonstrate this approach is successful, as it clearly shows we operate well within standardized income and expenses.
