Nags Head now has all forms for setting up and/or closing water accounts for the Town of Nags Head online. The buyers and/or sellers should complete the forms once a closing date has been set. The forms are setup through Docusign, and will come back to the Nags Head office through email. PLEASE note that, for new accounts, all parties on the deed must sign the application.
