The Outer Banks Community Foundation is now accepting scholarship applications from high school seniors on its website www.obcf.org. The deadline for submission is 11:59P, Monday, March 7. This application will be used for OBAR scholarships.
Through our Scholarship fund, OBAR awards 12, $1,000 scholarships to high school seniors from Dare and Currituck counties and Ocracoke each year. To date 163 high school seniors have been awarded a total of $253,631 in scholarship funds.
