The Board of Directors has approved changes to Policy Manual, Section A: General Policies. The changes include requiring completion of NAR's Fairhaven Simulation as part of New Member Orientation. The Board also felt that anyone interested in serving on the Board of Directors in the future must complete the simulation as an eligibility requirement to serve. This change was made in keeping with OBAR's dedication to Fair Housing.
