Hear Dave Hallac, Superintendent of the National Parks of Eastern NC, Dare County Planning Director Noah Gillam, and OBAR CEO Willo Kelly discuss and share information about homes threatened by erosion and the challenges his office has been facing with many of these homes being rented and listed for sale.
