OBAR held it's March General Membership Meeting Thursday at Captain George's Restaurant sponsored by Platinum Good Neighbor Sponsor Steven Gillis State Farm Agency & Rocket Mortgage. The lunch meeting featured OBAR GAD Donna Creef who reported on oceanfront septic rules, NCREC disclosures, flood insurance, and Nags Head rezoning.
Dare County Commission Vice Chairman Wally Overman and Patty O'Sullivan shared information about the "Wall that Heals" which will be making its final stop in Dare County November 16th-19th at the Soundside Event Site in Nags Head. They asked for volunteers and donations for the event. Online donations should be made through Interfaith Community Outreach. If mailing a check, please make it out to the Dare County Motorcycle Charity Group at PO Box 999, Nags Head, NC 27959.
