June 30th has come and gone. Did you forget to renew your real estate license? The North Carolina Real Estate Commission (NCREC) has put together guidelines for what you need to do. Time is of the essence in reinstating your license. If you reinstate within the next 6 months, all you will need to do is visit www.ncrec.gov, pay the $90 late fee, and submit a License Activation/Affiliation form (REC 2.08) provided you have satisfied your CE requirements.
