Gina Hardy, CEO of NC Insurance Underwriting Association (NCIUA), and Joann Biliouris, General Manager of the NC Rate Bureau (NCRB), will discuss the latest issues in property insurance, including the Strengthen Your Roof Grant program and the rate making-process.
