OBAR is excited to announce that registration is now open for two Continuing Education (CE) classes scheduled for Thursday, March 7th at a new venue - the Village Beach Club, 5805 S. Seachase Dr., Nags Head.
Bringing you only the best instructors, renowned instructor Mark Saunders from Winston-Salem, NC will be presenting the General Update course (GENUP) from 8:30 A to 12:30 P; local attorney and NC Real Estate Commission Chair Jeff Malarney will be presenting an Elective - "A Guide to Navigating the NC Vacation Rental Act" from 1:30 P to 5:30 P. The Elective is not just a property management class - but for ALL licensees. You will find the class especially helpful with not only property management issues, but also in determining who is responsible for what when representing both sellers and buyers in the transfer of short-term rental property.
Attendees of both classes are invited to enjoy a free catered BBQ lunch from Nags Head Golf Links between the class sessions.
