The Certifying and Recruiting Committee submits the following list of candidates for the 2025 OBAR Board of Directors election:

This year marks the first time in six years there are no contested races. Additional candidates for the offices to be filled may be placed in nomination by petition signed by at least 10% (110) of the 1,097 REALTOR® members eligible to vote. The petition shall be filed by 5:00P, Friday, October 18th with CEO Willo Kelly, at the OBAR office, 201 W. Eighth St./Nags Head, who shall certify all signatures and candidate qualifications in accordance with the bylaws and policies of the Outer Banks Association of REALTORS®.
The election will be held during the Annual Membership Meeting on Thursday, October 24, 2024, beginning at noon at Captain George's Restaurant. Register here.
OBAR REALTOR® members may vote online prior to the Annual Meeting. An announcement will be made when the polls are open.
