OBAR REALTORS® indicated that they would be most interested in obtaining their Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS) Certification. The Education Committee listened and has officially scheduled an RSPS course with Stephanie Walker on March 30th at the OBAR Kilgore Training Center (upstairs) from 9:00A-4:30P. This course is in-person ONLY, and seats are limited so register TODAY!
The cost of the certification course is $175/member or $200/non member.
The Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS) certification is for REALTORS® who specialize in buying, selling, or management of properties for investment, development, retirement, or second homes in resort, recreational, and/or vacation destinations. This certification counts as 4 hours of elective credit.
