Each year the Association recognizes a REALTOR® that embodies professionalism and works for the advancement of the principles of good real estate practice among other Brokers. Past President Rosemarie Doshier was recognized as REALTOR® of the Year at OBAR's REALTOR® Celebration by the Sea on Friday at Jennette's Pier. Nominated by multiple members, Rosemarie was honored for her volunteerism on local, state, and national committees.
She is very active in the Legislative arena on issues affecting changes in the real estate industry and property rights. She has also won countless sales and community awards for both her real estate work and service to the Outer Banks community.
Rosemarie was recognized as REALTOR® of the Year in 1995. She served as President in 1998 and again in 2008. She also received the prestigious Career Achievement Award in 2014. Rosemarie will be serving as Regional Vice President for RRC/CRS region 7 in 2024. Congratulations Rosemarie!
