Attention High School Seniors: OBAR Scholarship Application Deadline is March 4th
Since 1993, OBAR has awarded over $277,000 in scholarships to 183 Currituck, Dare and Ocracoke high school seniors. Any high school senior can apply for the OBAR scholarship but time is running out. The deadline to apply is March 4th.
